Spectrophotometer is a consistent tool useful for performing several measurements on a variety of samples of colors such as white and black, dark and light and several other color boards. They are primarily used to reflect the measurements and best suited for the sophisticated color analysis such as the problem of metamerism. TP800 Spectrophotometer is a precise colorimeter with easy to use interface and stable performance. Portable spectrophotometers work on the basis of multiple sensors to measure the spectral reflectance color across the wavelength spectrum of 400mm to 700mm and hence, are more accurate and precise.

 TP800 spectrophotometer is a highly precise instrument that uses the advanced principles of precision spectroscopy using combination LED. It can easily separate the light according to the wavelength interval. The array of sensors that are provided with the instrument can easily adopt according to the light wavelength to perform the best and most accurate analysis. The product is highly sensitive to all the colors available. It measures the L* ab value along with ΔE value very accurately. Additionally, it can also be used for display of spectral reflectance curve which can be used for the realization of color matching and calculation of the real parameters used in different floor formulas.

During the research and development procedure, the scientists and engineers of Testronix perform a test on various samples of colors such as dark and light, black and white, and several other color standards boards that are specified by ISO. The parameters used for conducting the test are fully in compliance with international standards.

The difference between the absolute value of L*ab between this spectrophotometer, lie under ±1.5%. When there was a comparison made between TP800 and Japanese spectrophotometer, the biggest difference was recorded to be ±1.0.
